The Southern Gundog Society was set up in 1973 for people interested in showing and breeding Gundogs.
Its zone of influence covers the Canterbury region, with the committee based around Christchurch.
The club usually runs two championship shows each year, and can offer assistance and information to members and those looking for a gundog.
